We’re local. Like you.

We’ve been part of the South Auckland community since 2009, supporting families through difficult moments with warmth, professionalism and genuine care.

To better serve families in Franklin and Waikato, we expanded to Pukekohe in 2015 and brought the same thoughtful approach to a wider community.

Because we know the communities we work in, we understand that every farewell is personal, cultural and deeply meaningful.

Our Fleet

We will prepare an obituary to be published for your loved one - basically a summary of life or family, with funeral details if a private service is not arranged. Richie Waters

Richie's youthful appearance and manner belies his experience and expertise as a qualified Funeral Director and one of the region's best embalmers - driven by a near-death experience as a child.

His almost 30 years' background in caring and bereavement gives him a unique ability to understand your needs and feelings, focusing on your wishes, ensuring that your expectations are met. Although he's on call literally 7 days, he's also proud father to 3 children with Caroline and makes time to share in their activities.

You may have heard of Ivan through his successful memorial and concreting business that works around the region.

But not everyone knows that he is also a founding Partner and Director of our funeral business - and works with us behind the scenes as an embalmer.

Ivan is not only Richie's business partner, but also his father - a relationship reflected in the dedication to service that both bring to you and your family.

Caroline has an acute awareness of grief and loss and understands the challenges that can confront you and your family at a vulnerable time.

Most times, she's working behind the scenes, liaising and networking with community agencies, health providers and associated groups. Caroline's diligence, gentleness and empathy provides valuable support to our funeral team, ensuring you get the response and efficiency you'd expect when you entrust arrangements to us.
